2. Information collected

The initial form may collect:

  • Your full name.
  • Your phone number or WhatsApp number.
  • Your email address.
  • An approximate amount of financial loss, when provided.
  • Your acknowledgement of this notice and your request to be contacted about the enquiry.
  • Campaign attribution data, such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers.
  • Limited technical information, including IP address, browser information, the landing page address, referrer, and the country code supplied by the hosting platform.

Further information may be requested during later communication, including transaction records, correspondence, screenshots, bank decisions, and other evidence relevant to the enquiry.

Do not send passwords, one time codes, seed phrases, wallet keys, complete payment card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents through the initial form.

3. How information is used

Personal information may be used to:

  • Receive, record, and respond to your enquiry.
  • Contact you using the details you provide.
  • Understand the payment method, timeline, platform, evidence, and possible next steps.
  • Maintain an internal enquiry record and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
  • Protect the security and availability of the website and form.
  • Measure completed enquiries through a separately enabled server integration only where a valid legal basis and any required permission exist.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and dispute resolution obligations.

Handling your enquiry may rely on steps you request before a possible engagement, legitimate interests in managing and protecting the enquiry service, or applicable legal obligations, as appropriate. Advertising data sharing is a separate purpose. Acknowledging this notice or asking us to contact you does not by itself give consent for advertising. Where consent is required for a particular use, it must be obtained separately before that use.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers used to host the landing page, send email, receive CRM records, deliver internal notifications through a configured business messaging service such as Telegram, maintain security, and, where independently authorised, measure advertising performance.

Only information reasonably required for the relevant service should be shared. Service providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards should be used for international transfers.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation. Personal information is not sold as a consumer data product.

4A. Server-side advertising measurement

This version of the landing page does not load the browser Meta Pixel or send pageview events. The form can be used without advertising measurement.

Where a valid legal basis and any required permission exist, a separately enabled Meta Conversions API integration may send a completed enquiry event to Meta after the enquiry has been delivered to the company. This helps measure advertising conversions and identify repeated delivery of the same event.

The limited event data may include the event name and time, a unique event identifier, the landing page address without its query string, IP address, browser information, permitted campaign identifiers, and a Facebook click identifier when present. Email and international phone number are normalised and converted to SHA-256 hashes on the server before they are sent to Meta. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous; Meta may use them for matching.

Your name, approximate loss amount, case narrative, payment evidence, bank details, passwords, and identity documents are not included in this integration's Meta event. The default configuration does not create or read Meta browser cookies. A pre-existing browser identifier can be used only if its separate use has been authorised and configured.

Enquiry delivery is not dependent on Meta accepting an event. A supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track request header suppresses this integration for that request. Advertising-related objections, withdrawal requests and other rights requests can be sent to info@palladiumlegal.co.uk. An acknowledgement of this notice is not treated as advertising consent.

Meta processes event information under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Server-side processing is not an exemption from applicable privacy, consent or international transfer requirements.

5. Retention

Initial enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess the enquiry, maintain records, resolve complaints, protect legal rights, and meet applicable obligations. Enquiries that do not proceed are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months, unless a longer period is justified by an active dispute, legal requirement, or documented operational need.

When shared duplicate protection is configured, non-contact receipt identifiers and a keyed request fingerprint are retained for up to 24 hours. This record is not a backup of the full enquiry and is separate from the company's Telegram or CRM records.

6. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. A request may require reasonable identity verification.

You may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom or to the relevant data protection authority in your country.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect enquiry information. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Sensitive evidence should be sent only through a route specifically confirmed by the team.

8. No professional relationship created by the form

Submitting personal information through the landing page does not create a solicitor and client relationship, professional retainer, fiduciary relationship, or guarantee that the matter will be accepted. Any engagement must be confirmed separately in writing.
